This course is taught by a certified neonatal nurse. It covers newborn characteristics, growth and development, newborn care, infant safety and the joys of parenting. Mom is encouraged to bring her support person.

<div>This course covers the latest techniques to prepare you for your childbirth experience. Your instructor is a Lamaze certified RN, ICEA Certified and prepared with labor and delivery experience. Class content includes labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing, pain management, coping with unexpected events, and the immediate post-partum period.<br><br>Bring your support person and wear comfortable clothes for floor exercises, avoiding dresses and skirts. Only the expectant mother need register, not the support person.</div>
